adaptiVLE was approached to build a blended learning hub for Sainsbury's Active Kids scheme.
The platform is used by PE teachers, school staff and members of the Active Kids initiative, complementing real-world training and activities.
Clear & effective
adaptiVLE considers accessibility to be one of the most important aspects of any blended training activity - something that resonated well with this project. The Active Kids programme exists to ensure the inclusion of disabled young people in mainstream school PE and sports, so we delivered a simple, clean design that promotes ease of use.
Mobile-friendly
PE teachers are rarely in front of a desktop computer, so the platform had to be accessible on mobile devices, such as phones and tablets.
Feature-rich
In addition to delivering training, the platform also included a booking feature, custom notifications, reminders and integration with Google Maps.
